PAC-5 Cheerleading welcomes all interested students enrolled in PAC-5 member schools in grades 7–12 to come out and join the program. No prior cheerleading experience is necessary—all skill levels are welcome and encouraged to attend.

This is a reminder that before submitting student clearances through your school's Google Form, please ensure that each student's eligibility has been verified.
Form Title: (Your School) 26-27 Fall P5 Clearance Form
Please note that a current ImPACT or SWAY baseline test is required for all cheer participants.
Students may not participate in any PAC-5 athletic activity until the PAC-5 office has received clearance from their school.
The 2026–27 PAC-5 Student Participation & Parent/Legal Guardian Consent and Assumption of Risk Form must also be
completed and submitted to Coach V.
