PAC-5 Cheerleading welcomes all interested students enrolled in PAC-5 member schools in grades 7–12 to come out and join the program. No prior cheerleading experience is necessary—all skill levels are welcome and encouraged to attend.

This is a reminder that before submitting student clearances through your school's Google Form, please ensure that each student's eligibility has been verified.

Please note that a current ImPACT or SWAY baseline test is required for all cheer participants.
Students may not participate in any PAC-5 athletic activity until the PAC-5 office has received clearance from their school.
The 2026–27 PAC-5 Student Participation & Parent/Legal Guardian Consent and Assumption of Risk Form must also be completed and submitted to Coach V.
Congratulations to our Boys Division II Paddling ILH Champions. Their impressive league title has earned them a well‑deserved spot in the State Championship on February 7th @ Ke'ehi Lagoon.
Congratulations to senior swimmer Carrissa Uy ’26 on qualifying for the 2026 K. Mark Takai Swimming & Diving State Championships. Carrissa will compete this weekend on the Big Island, representing our school at the highest level of high school competition. We are proud of her dedication, hard work, and perseverance, and we wish her the very best of luck at States!
